In the spring of 2007, MIDnet and The Quilt began a collaborative project to document business models of research and education networks. The project will continue until the majority of The Quilt member organizations have been documented. The case studies include information on organizational structure, management, operations and pricing strategies. An overview document for public review is available on both organization’s websites and detailed information on the project is available to the research and education community on request.

MIDnet is a private foundation with a solid history in regional network initiatives. We are currently working to form partnerships with strong regional and national organizations who can assist us in reaching our goals.
